Essay contest being held for Norman Depot centennial

From The Norman Transcript:

To commemorate the 100th birthday of Norman’s Santa Fe Depot on Nov. 18, The Performing Art Studio’s Depot Centennial Committee invites the public to submit essays describing their memories of the Norman landmark.

The top three essays will be awarded prizes and be published in The Norman Transcript during Depot Centennial Week, Nov. 15-20.

This could be a good opportunity not only to talk about the past of rail transit, but it’s future as well. Where would you like to take the train today?
